Terms of Use
Effective July 4, 2026
By using the MUST app or this website, you agree to these terms.
What MUST is
MUST is a city guide. Places, events, hours, prices, transit and weather information are provided for convenience and can be wrong or out of date — venues close, times change, storms move. Confirm anything that matters before you rely on it. Recommendations (including concierge answers) are suggestions, not professional advice.
Your use
- Use the app lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or bulk-extract our services or catalog.
- Tickets, reservations and purchases at third parties (Ticketmaster, Biletix, venues) happen under those parties' terms.
- Subscriptions (MUST Pro) are billed through your Apple ID and can be managed or cancelled in your App Store settings.
- "Unlimited" concierge use in MUST Pro is subject to fair use: up to 100 questions per day. This exists to prevent automated abuse and never affects normal use.
Content and data sources
Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors and Overture Maps Foundation (open licenses). Event data and imagery from Ticketmaster are shown under their API terms. Editorial content, curation and software are © MUST. Third-party names and images belong to their owners.
Disclaimer & liability
The app and site are provided "as is," without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MUST is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app — including decisions made based on listings, alerts, or concierge suggestions.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means acceptance. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above.
